Daily harvests continue from the spring gardens of the Archipelagos Institute, while the summer gardens are growing rapidly and will soon begin producing as well.
For decades, one of our goals has been to achieve as much food self-sufficiency as possible, along with the security that it provides. Today, this is more important than ever, as fresh produce is not only increasingly expensive, but may also be affected by the excessive use of toxic pesticides.

It is important to remember that each of us can produce at least a portion of our own food. Living in a country blessed with an exceptional climate, all it takes is a small piece of land—or even a few pots on a balcony or in a garden, combined with passion, daily care, and the knowledge that we continue to gain and enrich day by day.
