Archipelagos Institute of Marine Conservation developed the Eco-Navigation Program in 2017 not only increase public awareness of conservation efforts in the Mediterranean Sea, but to offer an exciting opportunity for people of all backgrounds to contribute valuable data to these conservation research projects.  Sea enthusiasts are empowered to record and share data with Archipelagos scientists through detailed sightings of sea life, such as dolphins, whales, turtles, and sharks, as well as marine pollution, invasive species, and jellyfish blooms
